מדיניות פרטיות
מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים נאספים באתר tradehub-israel.tech, בכלים של ערוץ היוטיוב TradeHub-Israel ובשירותים הנלווים (להלן: "השירות"), ולאיזו מטרה.
1. נתונים שאנחנו אוספים
- טופס יצירת קשר: שם, כתובת אימייל, נושא ותוכן ההודעה — רק אם מילאתם ושלחתם את הטופס.
- סטטיסטיקת צפייה בדפים: הנתיב של הדף, האתר שהפנה אתכם (referrer), סוג הדפדפן (user-agent), סוג המכשיר ומזהה סשן אקראי. איננו שומרים כתובת IP בטבלה זו ואיננו משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה או פרסום של צד שלישי.
- העדפת עוגיות: הבחירה שלכם (אישור/סירוב) נשמרת באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן בלבד.
- חשבון קהילה (אם נרשמתם): מזהה משתמש והודעות שכתבתם בצ'אט באתר.
2. למה אנחנו משתמשים בנתונים
- כדי לענות לפניות שלכם.
- כדי להבין אילו דפים שימושיים ולשפר את האתר.
- כדי להפעיל את פיצ'רי הקהילה שבחרתם להשתמש בהם.
איננו מוכרים נתונים אישיים, ואיננו משתמשים בהם לפרסום ממוקד.
3. ספקי שירות (צד שלישי)
- Cloudflare — אחסון האתר (עשוי לעבד כתובות IP לצורכי אבטחה ואספקת התוכן).
- Supabase — מסד הנתונים שבו נשמרים טופס יצירת הקשר, סטטיסטיקת הדפים והודעות הקהילה.
- Whop — עיבוד תשלומים למנויים בתשלום. פרטי תשלום נמסרים ישירות ל-Whop ואינם נשמרים אצלנו.
- Discord / Telegram — אם הצטרפתם לקהילה, השימוש כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של הפלטפורמות האלה.
4. שירותי ה-API של YouTube
כלי הניהול של ערוץ TradeHub-Israel ("TradeHub-Israel Uploader") משתמשים ב-YouTube API Services כדי להעלות סרטונים, לנהל פלייליסטים, כתוביות והגדרות של הערוץ שלנו בלבד.
- הכלי פועל רק על חשבון בעלי הערוץ, באישור מפורש (OAuth). הוא לא ניגש לחשבונות של צופים.
- אסימוני הגישה (tokens) נשמרים מקומית על המחשב של בעל הערוץ ואינם מועברים לשום צד שלישי.
- נתוני YouTube משמשים רק לניהול הערוץ, לא נמכרים ולא משמשים לפרסום.
- אפשר לבטל את הגישה בכל עת דרך הגדרות האבטחה של חשבון Google.
השימוש כפוף לתנאי השימוש של YouTube ולמדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
5. שמירת נתונים
פניות מטופס יצירת קשר נשמרות עד לטיפול בהן ולתקופה סבירה לאחר מכן. סטטיסטיקת דפים נשמרת בצורה מצטברת לצורך שיפור האתר. ניתן לבקש מחיקה בכל עת.
6. הזכויות שלכם
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. שלחו בקשה לכתובת למטה ונענה תוך 30 יום.
7. קטינים
השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is collected by tradehub-israel.tech, the TradeHub-Israel YouTube channel tools, and related services (the "Service"), and why.
1. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message — only if you submit the form.
- Page-view statistics: page path, referrer, browser user-agent, device type and a random session ID. We do not store IP addresses in this table and do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
- Cookie preference: your accept/decline choice, stored only in your browser's local storage.
- Community account (if you sign up): your user ID and the chat messages you post on the site.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To operate community features you chose to use.
We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Service providers
- Cloudflare — website hosting (may process IP addresses for security and delivery).
- Supabase — database for contact messages, page-view statistics and community messages.
- Whop — payment processing for paid memberships. Payment details go directly to Whop and are not stored by us.
- Discord / Telegram — if you join the community, those platforms' privacy policies apply.
4. YouTube API Services
The TradeHub-Israel channel management tool ("TradeHub-Israel Uploader") uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and manage playlists, captions and settings of our own channel only.
- The tool acts only on the channel owner's account, with explicit OAuth consent. It does not access viewers' accounts.
- Access tokens are stored locally on the channel owner's computer and are never shared with third parties.
- YouTube data is used only to manage the channel; it is not sold or used for advertising.
- Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account security settings.
Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept until handled and for a reasonable period afterwards. Page-view statistics are kept in aggregate to improve the site. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Send a request to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
