§1 — Definitions

• "Service" — TradeHub Israel's Discord community, including all channels, scan outputs, reports, and accessible content.
• "Scan Output" — Results of algorithmic models on historical market data, for educational purposes only.
• "Paid Subscription" — Monthly subscription via Whop.com granting premium channel access.
• "User" — Any person joining TradeHub Israel's Discord server.
• "Content" — Any material, data, scan output, chart, or information in the Service.

§2 — Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service constitutes full agreement to these Terms. Anyone who does not agree may not use the Service.

§3 — Nature of Service

TradeHub Israel operates an educational community providing algorithmic scan output on US capital markets. The Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or any regulated financial service.

§4 — No Investment Advice — Mandatory Disclosure

TradeHub Israel is not licensed under the Israeli Investment Advice, Investment Marketing, and Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995 (including Amendment 47). Nothing in this Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or any service requiring an ISA license.

• All scan outputs are algorithmic model results on historical data only.
• Nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to act on any security.
• Every investment decision is solely the user's responsibility.
• TradeHub Israel is not liable for any financial loss from reliance on Service content.

§5 — Past Performance

All performance figures are based exclusively on walk-forward backtest on historical data. Backtest results do not represent actual trading and do not guarantee future returns. Trading involves risk of partial or total capital loss.

§6 — Legal Capacity and Age

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Use constitutes a declaration that the user is at least 18.
• Minors may not use the Service.

§7 — Registration

Joining occurs via Discord, subject to Discord Inc.'s policies. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

§8 — Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted: Personal viewing of scan outputs for educational purposes; sharing general findings with source attribution.

Prohibited: Redistributing premium scan outputs; publishing investment recommendations; unauthorized access; harassment; use by a minor; channel scraping.

§10 — Cancellation Policy

§10.1 — Immediately Commencing Service

The Service commences immediately upon purchase. Once used, no refund will be provided, pursuant to Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction) 5771-2010, Regulations 6(c)(1) and 6(d).

§10.2 — Cancellation Without Use

Cancellation is possible only if: (1) no use was made; (2) within 14 calendar days; (3) written notice to [email protected]. Fee: 5% of transaction or ₪100 — whichever is lower. Refund within 14 business days.

§10.3 — Ongoing Subscription

Cancel via Whop.com; takes effect at end of billing period. No refunds for elapsed months.

§11 — Intellectual Property

All Service content is the exclusive property of TradeHub Israel, protected by copyright and trade secret law. No reproduction or distribution without prior written permission.

§12 — Limitation of Liability

TradeHub Israel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed 3 months of subscription fees paid prior to the event.

§13 — Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify TradeHub Israel from claims arising from breach of these Terms, misuse, or third-party rights infringement.

§14 — Modifications

TradeHub Israel may update these Terms with 14 business days' advance notice in community channels.

§15 — Termination

TradeHub Israel may terminate user access without notice for serious violations.

§16 — Governing Law

Governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tel Aviv-Jaffa District courts.
